THE CAKE EVENT PACKAGE
Are you hosting an event soon? Get a unique website designed specifically for your event. This website will give your guests 24/7 access to event dates, RSVPs, links to gift registries, guestbook, and even a private live stream for guests only with password access. This is an amazing feature for private events that you would like to have guests attend while at home or on the go. They will be able to watch the event and make comments. You can live stream up to 5 hours (depending on WIX subscription). Great for birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, conferences, weddings, talent showcase, art shows, etc. This package includes a custom website powered through the WIX platform. The package includes the following:
- Up to 5 designed webpages of your choice (Ex: Home, Event Details, Photo Gallery, Guestbook, Live Stream Page)
- Free initial phone or virtual consultation (discussion about your event)
- Connect personalized domain (owner responsible for charges starting at $15.95/year.
- Stock Photos (as needed)
- Custom Favicon Icon
- Free Tech Support (first week after website launch)

Before we can build your website you will need to provide the following:
- High Quality Photos (JPEG or PNG)
- Color Options
- Sketches or design ideas
- Webpage Copy and Taglines
- Event Details
- Smart device to download app for livestream
An initial 30-45minute consultation will be scheduled after payment to discuss your vision. You will be periodically sent proof images of pages to ensure that the design is going in the right direction. During this time you will need to either approve or request for changes to be made. Once all of the designs have been approved, I will begin setting up your website in your personal account. You will receive a website tutorial PDF with detailed instructions on how to manage your webpage. We will be glad to schedule a phone appointment to walk you through the control process. You will receive free technical support for the first week after your website is launched related to any bugs and small fixes.
REFUND POLICY
All projects are non-refundable at Powdered Sugar Web Design Studio. Under no circumstances can a refund be given after work (including proofs) have been sent for approval. A client must decline services during the consultation only to receive a full refund. Once the consultation has ended, the client has agreed to the work being done and there will be no refunds. PLEASE NOTE:
You will be responsible for purchasing a WIX subscription. Website subscriptions start at approximately $30/monthly. You will also be responsible for the personalized domain cost starting at approximately $15.95/monthly. If you already own your domain you will not have to pay for this cost.
