Powdered Sugar Web Design Studio reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders in its discretion, including without limitation if the company believes that the customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Powdered Sugar Web Design Studio.  The content included in this website has been compiled from a variety of sources and is subject to change without notice as are any products, special promotions, discounts, programs, offerings, or technical information described on this website.  Powdered Sugar Web Design Studio makes no representation or warranty regarding the completeness, quality, or adequacy of the content on the website, or suitability, functionality, or operation of this website or its content.  By using this website, you assume the risk that the content on this website may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or may not meet your needs or requirements. Pricing & Payments.

All payments are made via PayPal or with a debit/credit card. Once payment has been received in full, we will begin the process of either contacting the client to schedule the initial consultation or designing your project. Pricing is subject to change at any time. The agreed purchase price between Powdered Sugar Web Design Studio and the client, will remain valid until the project is complete. If the client desires additional services that are not included in a package, we will send the client an invoice to pay additional fees directly to Powdered Sugar Web Design Studio. Payment plans are available for projects that are $300 and up. A 50% deposit must be paid on date requesting service. The 2nd payment must be paid within 30 days. A payment plan must be pre-approved by owner and an agreement must be signed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All projects are non-refundable at Powdered Sugar Web Design Studio.  Under no circumstances can a refund be given after work (including proofs) have been sent for approval.  The only exception is IF we are unable to provide the client with what is requested during the initial consultation. A client must decline services during the consultation only to receive a full refund. Once the consultation has ended, the client has agreed to the work being done and there will be no refunds. Also, if for any reason, WE are unable to fulfill the client’s order due to unforeseen circumstances, emergency situations, or illness we will provide the client with a full refund. Refunds will not be given if the client wanted a project completed by a specific date that is still within the Powdered Sugar Web Design Studio timeframe provided.  If for any reason a client wants to cancel services, payment will be forfeited by the client.  We will provide a one-year credit for the same service purchased if need to reschedule date. After one-year calendar date has passed the credit becomes forfeited.  If for any reason the client is not satisfied with the finished product we will work with the client until we can reach an agreement on the project. Powdered Sugar Web Design Studio owns all artwork, proofs, layouts, and developments until the final designs have been released fully to the client.

Revisioning.

Powdered Sugar Web Design Studio allows all clients a maximum of three revisions for logos and a maximum of 4 revisions for web designing. We will provide a proof image of each logo or web page to ensure that our designing is to your liking. You will need to “Accept” or “Decline” the image in order for the designer to move forward. Please note that too many revisions could affect the project completion time frame.

 

Proofs.

All proof images sent to the client for approval is owned by Powdered Sugar Web Design Studio. These images may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved with the designing of a project.  If any work has been distributed, copied, or manipulated we have the right to immediately stop working on your project and no refund will be provided.

Project Timeframes.

In order to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest quality designs we have longer completion timeframes. We will strive to have your project completed within the timeframe noted. However, due to the uniqueness of each client’s project some may need more time in order to be 100% satisfied by the client. A full website can take up to 21 business days to be completed. Logo designs can take between 3-7 business days. Rush service is available upon request for additional cost. During peak times there may be an extension in the timeframe of 2-3 business days. All working days exclude weekends and holidays.

Trademarks.

All brand, product, service, and process names appearing on this website are trademarks of their respective holders. Reference to or use of a product, service, or process does not imply recommendation, approval, affiliation, or sponsorship of that product, service, or process by Powdered Sugar Web Design Studio.
